Spool knit beaded cuff bracelet

Corking
I decided to try another way to present corked materials, and I came up with this cuff. I'm really quite happy with it; it's both classy and comfortable. I'm going to have to actually make some of this stuff to keep for myself one of these days. This bracelet is up for sale in my Etsy store.

The bracelet is very very cool, but my favorite thing about this picture is that the hand seems to be clasping a glass of absinthe....

I'll let you in on a secret: it's just green food colouring and water. I didn't have any alcohol that I thought was vibrant enough for this shot -- trust me, it wouldn't have gone to waste if I'd needed it as a prop. :)

That looks SO COOL. It makes me wish I remembered how to cork!

(I also like the glass of absinthe... ;))

Isn't absinthe supposed to be served in little liqueur glasses because it's so potent?

Well yes, but shush! Maybe you really like your absinthe! ;)

I wonder if it's possible to mix an absinthe martini.
